 ABOUT ECX Internship at ECX Internship at ECX**For those interested in participating in the next round of the ECX internship, please send us your CV and cover letter now(interview dates still to be determined). The internship will begin on 1 April 2010.** Description: ECX offers a rotating internship to work closely with its international team based in the city of London. The candidate should have a strong affinity with word processing skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel), a personal interest in carbon and environmental markets and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. An excellent level of English is an absolute requirement, both written and spoken, whilst fluency in another language is a definite plus. For students interested in writing their dissertation on carbon markets, this internship could provide an excellent opportunity to gain relevant work experience whilst completing your thesis.
Working tasks will be varied and include areas such as trading data, market research, preparing training courses, website maintenance, presentations and much more. This remunerated position will be available for a minimum of 5 months but could be longer.
