Does ICE Futures Europe have an IT interface to third parties?
ICE Futures Europe's markets are hosted on the ICE Futures Europe electronic trading platform, operated by IntercontinentalExchange.
You can access the platform in two ways: either through ICE Futures Europe's proprietary front-end - known as 'WebICE' - or through an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), including Communicating Ltd., CQG, ECCO, EasyScreen, Ffastfill, GL Trade, ION Trading, Neotick, Nyfix, Patsystems, RTS, Stellar Trading Systems, Trading Technologies and Trayport. Can I join ICE Futures Europe if I only want to trade emissions?

I'm not an existing Member of ICE Futures Europe and I only want to trade ECX Contracts - what fees do I have to pay?
If you’re only interested in trading ECX Contracts, you can apply for an Emissions Trading Privilege when you apply for ICE Futures Membership. You pay the ECX application fee (€2,500) and the ECX annual fee (€2,500) in addition to ICE membership Fees. Click here to view ICE + ECX trading fees.
