ICE ECX EUA Futures – Addition of December Contracts for 2015-2020 and June 2013
Members and their customers are advised of the addition of six December contracts, from 2015 to 2020, and a June 2013 contract for the ICE ECX EUA Futures Contract

The average annual total amount of allowances for 2008-2012 has been calculated at 2,032,998,912

Trading Volumes
on ECX during May
–
a total of 691,457 contracts traded representing an average of 34,572 per day and a year-on-year increase of 60%.
May set a record in
EUA screen-traded futures
(see chart 2) with an average of 18,633 contracts trading per day.

Over 700 million tonnes traded on ECX during April
to take Year-to-Date trading over the 2 billion tonne mark and establish a new all time high monthly record. 738,391 contracts traded across all products, up 54% from March with an average of 36,920 lots per day. April 27
th
set a new high for a single trading day with 52,071 lots.
